Liquor Distributor based in Umhlanga is currently looking for an experienced Warehouse and Distributions Supervisor.Salary: Basic Salary Negotiable depending on experience, plus Provident fund of 7.5% of CTCRequirements2-3 years Warehouse and Distributions Supervisor experienceLiquor Industry Experience will be an advantageComputer Knowledge: Syspro experience will be an advantageResponsibilities:Manage Receiving and Distribution of Warehouse operationsSafeguard Warehouse operations and contents by monitoring security procedures and protocolsManage customer service as well as customer satisfaction, queries, complaints, etc.Manage efficient deliveriesManage Warehouse and Distribution staffPerform HR functions as and when necessary – Disciplinary proceduresMotivate and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivityOversee the maintenance of Fleet & Warehouse equipmentManage and coordinate all projects (Onsite as well as offsite)Interaction and Communications with Sales departmentImplementation of policies and procedures (SOP)Monthly Stock Takes and report on all variancesProcess monthly reports.
