The Senior Conveyancer will be responsible for managing and executing a wide range of property transactions. This role requires extensive knowledge South African laws, exceptional attention to detail, the ability provide leadership in collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and execute all aspects of property conveyancing. Draft and review property-related legal documents, such as sale agreements and title deeds. Conduct thorough due diligence and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction processes. Manage conveyancing files and maintain accurate records and documentation. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior conveyancers and paralegal staff. Stay informed about changes in property laws and regulations and implement necessary updates in processes. Represent the firm in property-related negotiations and legal proceedings as required. Manage a team in the firm. Qualifications: A degree in Law (LLB) and admission as an Attorney and Conveyancer in South Africa. An experienced conveyancer in a law firm or property law practice. In-depth knowledge of South African property law, regulations, and practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards. NOTE: We ONLY accept online applications.
