Litigation Attorney

Responsible for supporting the litigation department;the organisation of case files and addressing any issues that arise with particular cases;drafting legal documents, research;additional duties include:o the Interacting with clients over the telephone, or by email or postal mail and or in person;o receipt of and organizing and completing necessary documentation;o monitoring case statuses;o answering client questions and referring them to the attorney, and scheduling court cases,hearings and attorney/client meetings;o communicating with relevant Correspondents and stakeholders in the course of file orcase management;o attendance at relevant authorities and or offices in the course of file or case management;o any other general legal and file or case management task; and o compilation of reports as instructed. REQUIREMENTSNeed to have an LLB degree, applicant must be proficient in MS Office (MS Word; PowerPoint; Excel and Outlook). The candidate must be a quick learner and have the ability to work independently once trained and have good diary management skills
