Commercial Attorney

Requirements:
LLB degree
B. Com / Finance degree will be advantageous
LLM in corporate and commercial law will be advantageous
4+ years post article experience specializing predominantly in non-litigious corporate and commercial law matters(Essential / Not negotiable)
Strong contract drafting skills
Sound knowledge and understanding of corporate and commercial transactions (incl. M&As, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, Deal Structuring, Transactional Tax, etc.).
Fluent in English (both verbal and written). Fluency in Afrikaans will be advantageous.
Fully computer literate (incl. MS Word, Excel, etc.).
