Our client based in City is looking for a Personal Assistant to the Factory Manager to provide administrative support, overseeing production schedules and coordinating factory logistics Key requirement Minimum of 3 years experience as a PA or factory-related administrative role Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to handle multiple tasks Proficient in MS Office with experience of scheduling or fleet tracking software Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, drivers and external service providers Fluent in both English and Afrikaans Key responsibility Prepare and circulate production schedules for various departments Handle internal communication with team leaders regarding production  and operational updates Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports on production, fleet performance, stock levels and relevant data Prepare documentation related to orders and installations  Fleet & Dispatch management-maintain communication with drivers to confirm client notification and vehicle status throughout the day Support the scheduling of deliveries, pickups and installations in coordination with factory departments Manage clock-in and clock-out systems for factory staff, ensuring attendance records are accurate Assist with wage management and handle employee queries Procurement assistance-support the factory manager with tasks such as preparing purchase orders, receiving stocks levels and coordinating with suppliers Assist in managing inventory levels of both production and installation materials ensuring sufficient stock is available Ensure all necessary documentation related to vehicle registration, insurance, permits and factory compliance is up to date
