Legal Officer

You will form part of the Group operational team of this Holding company.This individual's core purpose is to provide accurate and timely legal advice to the Managing Director on various legal topics, usually focused on contract and corporate law. Responsibilities include researching and evaluating different risk factors and offering proactive advice on possible legal issues (mitigating risks); conduct legal research, assemble legal documents, and maintain and organise file documents.This individual is responsible for helping to ensure the legal integrity of the Group.Within This There Are Two StreamsContractual Law - Sale/Lease or Share agreement/contracts,Statutory and Governance Law - there are 19 entities within the Group of which 5 are operational entities and 14 are SPVs.Desired SkillsContract lawStatutory lawGovernanceCorporate law private equity law legal research contract draftsLicence agreementsShare agreementsDesired Work Experience2 to 5 yearsDesired Qualification LevelDegree
