Kitchen Manager/Head Chef

We are looking for an experienced qualified chef that is able to lead and manage our Kitchen.Requirements:Planning and developing menus / recipes.Stock management: from securing the best prices, par level implementation, ordering procedure management, stock issuing, stock takes, analysing variances and investigating variances.Processing invoices on POS.Familiar with all kitchen safety and sanitation regulations.Flexibility in terms of working shifts and weekends.Continuous training of kitchen staff.Ensuring the highest standards are met in all aspects.Pass/Plating management.This role would also require the person to assist with certain general managerial duties such as closing of the shop on certain of their night shifts.Non-Negotiables:Own transportContactable referencesCreative and energeticAble to get along and build rapport with people from all walks of lifeSouth African CitizensJob Type: Full-timePay: R15000,00 - R20000,00 per month
