Key Responsibilities: Traffic Management: Responsible for updating our Traffic Management Systems and allocating work to the appropriate team members, considering each member's skills to assign tasks effectively.
This role also involves managing the expectations of both internal and external stakeholders and ensuring the timely delivery of work.
Additionally, conducting internal reviews of work before submission to stakeholders is crucial to maintain a high-quality standard.
Content Creation: Develop SEO-friendly content for the company's website and social media pages.
Email Marketing Management: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, track performance, and optimise for better engagement and conversion.
Market Research: Conduct surveys, questionnaires, and analyse audiences to understand market trends and consumer feedback.
E-Commerce Management: Collaborate with the E-Commerce team to oversee the development of assets for our latest products and offerings, as well as managing the briefs and tracking documents associated with these projects.
Administrative Support: Assist with updating databases, spreadsheets, and scheduling marketing activities.
Brand Representation: Ensure the brand's image and tone are consistently and accurately represented across all platforms.
This includes liaising with our social media, Web Design, Graphic Design, and Content Creation teams.
Marketing: Assist in diverse marketing opportunities, including print media and events, and contribute to effective brand management.
Reporting: Track and analyse online marketing metrics.
Event Participation: Execute and attend marketing events and training sessions.
Networking and Communication: Engage with clients, affiliate partners, and conduct market research.
Requirements: Experience in a digital marketing role, either full-time or part-time.
Knowledge of current market trends and social media marketing techniques.
Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, social media platforms and email marketing tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and networking skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.
Ability to work under pressure.
Degree or certificates in marketing, business, or related field advantageous.
