Front Desk And Housekeeping Manager

Duties:

Oversee all aspects of the hotel's reception, including inquiries, reservations, spa bookings, check-in/check-out, guest payments, porter services, and special guest requests.
Oversee all aspects of housekeeping to ensure that rooms and other communal areas are clean and of the highest standard.
Manage, train and coordinate a reception and housekeeping team that maintains a high standard of excellent service.
Address guest inquiries, special requests and complaints in a prompt and efficient manner.
Ensure effective communication between reception and housekeeping to coordinate guest arrivals, departures and special requests.
Inspect and confirm that hotel rooms are clean and up to standard for new arrivals.
Manage the booking and payment system ensuring accurate guest information, payments and room allocation.

Experience:

At least 3 – 5 years front desk experience in the hospitality industry.
Knowledge of front desk procedures, reservations, and financial transactions.
Previous experience with hotel management software.
Ability to handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
Management and supervisory skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Customer service-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction.
