The main purpose of the Compliance Manager is to ensure the implementation of the Group's compliance frameworks and programmes in consultation with business, ensuring conformance and adherence with regulations and delivering through a team of compliance resources/specialists.Are you someone who can: Control expenditure and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costsProvide Compliance Management Subject Matter ExpertiseEnsure execution of compliance management strategies, plans and programmesEnsure development and continuous value-added improvement to operational processesDevelop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across the area of specialisationDisplay and encourage an appreciation of teamwork and inclusivityManage team performance in achievement of business objectivesYou will be an ideal candidate if you have: Minimum Qualification -3-year Bachelor's Legal or Commercial Degree or a Compliance Higher Diploma qualification; PG Diploma in Compliance Management would be advantageousPreferred Qualification -Relevant Degree in Risk Management; registered as a Compliance Officer with the Financial Sector Conduct AuthorityExperience -5 years of experience in a similar environmentAdditional Knowledge - Experience in financial services (Payments) industry is advantageous You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate.Earn basic guaranteed rewards with uncapped earning potential.Opportunities to innovate.We can be a match if you are: Able to build sound relationships based on trust and openness.Contribute to a culture of service excellence, which builds positive relationships and provides opportunity for feedback and exceptional service.Curious & courageous - you're driven by always wanting to know more and learn more and you're brave enough to take risks.Obsessed with mastery - you know what it takes to become good at what you do and are constantly pushing yourself to do it.Job DetailsApplication Closing Date: 29/08/24
