Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the companys day-to-day operations in a designated territory or region in regard to strategy, product sales, product supplyProvide a link between your team and upper management to ensure that each party has the same information about individual projectsEnsure general customer satisfaction, including dispute resolutionBranding and brand development in the areaDelivering the required value addition from the marketOverseeing budgeting, quality, profit & loss statementsPeople management with hiring and training performance managementSet sales targets for the agents / teamsOffer consultation and recommendations to employees on overcoming operations/sales challengesMonitor sales and work toward meeting quarterly objectives to drive growth and profitability in the territoryMinimize cost and labour by reviewing schedules and inventory useManage and visit depots to evaluate operations, cleanliness and efficiency of each areaSetting financial goals, establishing sales targets, working with upper management and using various business finance principles to accomplish tasksResponsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plansTravel between several offices within their territory to perform their duties and to customers Key Qualifications & Requirements Agri and or Science tertiary qualificationAt least 5 years or more experience in the marketing and commercial fieldAt least 3 years or more experience in managing or interacting with or in a sales teamFully bilingual in Afrikaans and EnglishManagerial competency and exposure at a senior levelComputer literateProficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Powerpoint
