Job Title: Yard Manager
Job Summary: Zeebra Junction Specialist Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Yard Manager to oversee the daily operations of our building materials supplier branch in Hoedspruit, Limpopo. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing equipment and materials, conducting weekly inventory, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the shop and yard.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and organize equipment and materials in the yardConduct weekly inventory of bulk materialsPurchase, receive, and store bulk materials properlyOrganize and maintain the cleanliness of the shop and yardFacilitate truck maintenance and trailersConduct weekly shop safety inspectionsOversee material waste and dumpster pickupsDaily deliveries to job sites (if required)Requirements: MatricTertiary qualification in a trade (construction, building, etc.) preferredStrong verbal communication skillsBroad understanding of the construction and home building industryGood time management and organization skillsAbility to function effectively as part of a teamDependableAbility to understand and follow directionsDriver's license and clean driving recordExperience in shop or yard managementBuilding or civil construction knowledgeWhat We Offer: A competitive basic salary and commission structure, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
