Experience and Skills Required: 5-10 years relevant experience within the Industrial Property sectorA strong, active existing industry networkExperience/exposure to working with the broker communityCandidates with both a strong commercial/industrial and legal background would be preferred/at an advantageRelevant property knowledge and strong marketing skills a key requirementDemonstrated proficiency in the full suite of MS OfficeEffective leadership skills with a coaching and mentoring approachExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to adapt to changing business needsReasonable understanding of property management laws and regulations specific to the location/type of property being managedUnderstanding of the environmental regulations and warehousing operations as pertains to managing properties in the industrial sectorKey Deliverables: Bring with and utilise your existing industry network to secure property opportunities in the Industrial Sector nationallyStrong track record in sourcing and lead generation for development of warehouses within the Property Market (Industrial and Logistics Sector)Presentation of leasing options for new developmentsStrong commercial knowledge in compiling presentations to prospective tenantsMaintaining strategic relationships with tenantsSourcing and clear articulation of market intelligence/data, ensuring updates/trends in the Industrial Warehousing space pertaining to Logistics are timeously brought to the business, and insights capitalised on in line with business strategyKnowledge of green initiatives that could set a property apart in a competitive market an added advantageCollaborative approach in interactions to ensure the greater objective of ensuring commercial properties are well-maintained, fully leased, and financially viable are met.Qualification:
CA (SA) / Degree in B Com Law Qualification
