Wraparound Operations Manager

This senior leadership position reporting into the Head of Operations encompasses a multi-faceted and wide-ranging operational role across a number of childcare settings throughout Bracknell, Wokingham, Reading, Slough and surrounding areas.
The ideal candidate will typically come from an educational background – you may be a School PE lead, PE Coordinator, Sports Coach, Teaching Assistant, from an early years setting, Nursery Manager or Childminder. You will need to be able to motivate and manage a team of 4 members of the management team and 20 plus setting supervisors and field logistic operatives. Key aspects of the role will include:

Support and manage the logistics coordinator in creating and planning all activity timetables.
Support and manage the Stock and Resources coordinator with Inventory Control and Management.
Support and manage Activity staff to meet their targets and increase attendances.
Support and manage the Quality Assurance coordinator with site visits and proactively seeking feedback from schools and parents, actioning any future requirements.
Managing Ofsted visits and ensuring all Ofsted requirements are met.
Account Management of up to 25 schools with wrap around settings.
Liaise with the Recruitment Manager for recruiting requirements.
Carry out staff Appraisals and facilitate 90-day pulse meetings with Supervisors.

To work 40 hours a week Monday-Friday.
Salary of £30,000 per annum to include 28 days paid holiday entitlement, inclusive of bank holidays.
