What is required:
Deliver warm, attentive, and prompt service to create an exceptional guest experience. Support the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that manuals, SOPs, and logs are consistently updated and effectively implemented. As a Restaurant Supervisor, oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless dining experience. This includes training and supervising staff, maintaining strict compliance with food health and safety regulations, and promptly addressing and resolving customer concerns.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Relevant Hospitality diploma / experience
Working knowledge of OPERA, OPERA Cloud
Computer literate with Microsoft Office experience
2+ years of experience in a luxury hotel sector
Familiar with the duties and procedures of the restaurant
