In this pivotal role, youll supervise key areas of Human Resources, driving the implementation of policies, resolving employee issues, and coaching managers to enhance performance.

As the HR Partner, youll play a critical role in shaping the HR strategy, ensuring compliance, and driving employee engagement.

Your ability to build strong relationships and deliver professional services will support our business objectives, while your experience with skills development andSETA submissionswill ensure the company stays ahead in this ever-evolving landscape.

Experience Required:
Youll need robust experience dealing withwage and unionized employees, a strong background inlabour relations, and a proven track record inHR process improvement.
If youre skilled in payroll processes, have advanced MS Office proficiency, and are experienced in HR projects, I want to hear from you.
Advanced Excel is a must.
End-to-end HR Projects experience.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
Additional certifications regarded a plus
8+ years' experience
