Divisional Managing Director - Isando

My client is seeking to employ a Divisional Managing Director to join their company based in Isando.

Duties include:
Provide overall direction to the Division within guidelines set by the This position is responsible to direct and manage operational activities within the assistance of a network of specialists and managers to drive profitability and sustainability
Strategic Management: Develop, align and delegate business strategy according to the overall company strategic objectives
Financial Management: Direct and manage the finances and assets of business in order to drive profitability in accordance with set financial KPA's
Operational Management: Ensure the effective and efficient management of the company operations
Human Resource Management: Direct and manage human resources in the business in line with the Group Policies and Procedures
Marketing Management: Ensure the professional and efficient service to customers in order to grow market share and achieve set profit margins and value

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Financial Management or a related field
10 years + experience
Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a stable employment history (earthmoving equipment)
Knowledge of the Mining and Construction Industry (earthmoving equipment)
Selling of Earthmoving equipment
General Management - strategic planning; resource allocation; human resources, leadership, resource coordination
Ability to understand, analyse and manage budgets
Service Driven Industry Exposure
Systems Related Experience
