Workshop Supervisor

Minimum requirements: Must have completed Grade 12Diploma in a specialized trade such as fitter and turner, Boiler maker, Electrician, Plumber, Welder or MechanicsMust have a valid driver's license - PDP will be advantageousForklift license also and advantageMust have 5 years working experience in a similar role/environmentMust have 2 years working experience in people management, overseeing interns, learners and assistantsPrepare, supervise and control workshop activities and schedule work in the workshopDiagnose all packhouse concernsEnsure resources are available to meet production requestsAdminister stockConduct investigations and checks in the workshopAssist with deliveries and collectionsAssist with onsite machine installations and maintenancePerform inspections and repairs of machinery to ensure proper performanceOversee maintenance specialists schedulesAdherence to Occupational Health and Safety Act and regulations, Health and Safety rules and procedures of the workplaceWorking hours will be Monday - Friday 07:00 - 16:00 and Saturday 07:00 - 12:00Consultant: Heidi Diedericks - Dante Personnel Pretoria Silver Lakes
