Our client, a leading organization in the milk processing industry, is seeking a qualified Team Leader to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage and supervise various departments, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency. Minimum Requirements: Completed Matric (Grade 12) certification. Bachelor of Technology in Production or Bachelor of Science in Food Science. Management certificate is advantageous. 3 to 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the milk processing industry. Strong understanding of milk processing operations and quality control measures. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
