Job Description The Strategic Regulatory Affairs Manager plays a critical role by overseeing compliance with financial regulations and industry guidelines. Reporting to the Head of Public Policy and Regulatory, this senior position is tasked with ensuring the organization's understanding and adherence to evolving regulatory standards. The manager will monitor regulatory trends, provide strategic advice to senior management, and lead the development and execution of implementation plans for compliance. This role requires collaboration with legal, compliance, and risk teams to create internal policies, conduct research. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. Responsibilities Monitor and summarize regulatory developments. Collect and submit comments on proposed legislation. Ensure successful execution of compliance implementation plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop policies. Provide strategic advice on regulatory risks and opportunities. Mentor and develop the regulatory team. Qualifications 7 years of experience in financial services. B.Com LLB degree. Admitted attorney; Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
