Salary: R40,000.00 – R45,000.00 CTC per month (based on experience) + Benefits

Requirements: Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, with the ability to handle a challenging and dynamic environment; Possession of an N4 Electrical or similar qualification, with the expertise to engage in technical discussions and manage technician work commitments; A strong, decisive leader capable of managing a predominantly male team, including handling tough characters; Organised, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: Manage and motivate a skilled team of Technicians, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and on time; Oversee the daily workflow, manage resources, and keep everything running like a well-oiled machine; Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling their needs with professionalism and ensuring top-notch service delivery; Maintain organisation within the workshop, from task distribution to stock management, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
