Job Description & Summary
A career in our Chief of Staff Office practice, within Operations, will provide the opportunity to support our engagement teams and clients operationally by providing advice on accounting, financial reporting, and strategic business issues. In joining, you'll help ensure a complete and relevant exchange of information among our consultants and in turn with engagement teams and clients, provide experts advice on a variety of specific topics, support engagement teams in resolving complex issues, and supporting clients and their subsidiaries in evaluating the potential impact of accounting and reporting standard setting initiatives. You'll develop strong relationships with our engagement teams and enhance our ability to meet greater investor expectations with the challenges of an increasingly complex business environment.

The Chief of Staff to the COO is a pivotal role within our organisation, tasked with driving operational excellence, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, you will serve as a trusted advisor and right-hand person, responsible for aligning the company's priorities, implementing key initiatives, and optimising operational processes.
You will lead and manage cross-functional teams, provide decision support through data-driven insights, and facilitate clear communication channels across the organisation.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. You should be highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications /
Certifications required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience required:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a high-growth startup or fast-paced corporate environment.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent analytical abilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organisation.
Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to work on multiple engagements effectively
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience in managing and coaching teams
Clear and effective communication skills
Ability to build key stakeholder relationships, both internally and with clients
Responsibilities of role:
Collaborate with the COO to develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Project Management: Oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively. Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to drive project success.
Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve workflows, and optimize resource allocation to enhance operational efficiency.Decision Support: Provide analytical support and data-driven insights to aid in decision-making processes. Conduct research, analyze trends, and present findings to inform strategic decisions.
Marketing and Communications: Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies to enhance the company's brand awareness and market positioning. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling messaging and content across various channels.
Human Capital (HC) Management: Partner with the Human Resources department to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the end to end people experience value chain.
Performance Tracking: Develop and implement performance metrics to measure progress against operational goals. Regularly monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a cross-functional teams.
Executive Support: Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports as needed.
