The Workshop Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day workshop operations, managing a team of technicians, ensuring quality control and safety standards, coordinating maintenance schedules, and optimizing workshop efficiency. Resource planning, Maintenance Strategy Management, System management and Asset Management.QualificationsTechnical knowledge in workshop management, maintenance, and repairMinimum on 10 years experience of which at least 5 must be in a similar Senior Managerial capacity specifically obtained in the services, Waste Management, or Healthcare related industries.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in inventory management and procurementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
