Key Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring optimal workflow and operational efficiency.Manage and lead a team of warehouse staff, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and investigate discrepancies through variance analysis.Ensure the accurate tracking of stock movement using ERP systems, addressing and resolving missing stock issues promptly.Collaborate with 3PL providers to streamline logistics and distribution operations.Implement and maintain health, safety, and compliance standards in the warehouse.Optimize space utilization and maintain an organized, functional, and clean warehouse environment.Develop and implement strategies to improve order fulfillment accuracy and reduce lead times.Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, implementing corrective measures to ensure seamless operations.Generate and present regular performance reports to management, highlighting key metrics and operational improvements.Qualifications and Skills:Minimum 5 years of experience in a Warehouse Manager or similar role, preferably within the electrical or energy industry.Strong background in inventory management, stock tracking, and variance analysis.Proficient in ERP systems with a proven ability to manage inventory and reporting functions.Experience working with 3PL providers and coordinating logistics operations.Excellent leadership and team management skills.Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in fault finding and implementing corrective actions.Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance standards in warehouse operations.How to Apply:If you meet the qualifications and are ready for a rewarding career opportunity, apply directly or contact Pabalelo Morena.
