Details of the offer

Wilson Electronics is an innovative technology leader that enhances next-generation communications where you live, shop, work, and play. We are unlocking new global markets through the expansion of consumer and commercial channels with evolutionary wireless connective products and services that exceed customer expectations. Our weBoost line includes solutions for home, vehicle and small business, while our WilsonPro line provides a customized commercial solution. Why You Should Join Us as VP of Global Operations: Are you ready to lead and innovate in an exciting and fast-growing industry? As we expand into new global markets, we're looking for an experienced leader passionate about driving growth and operational excellence. As our VP of Global Operations, you will play a key role in shaping the future of Wilson Electronics, helping us become a top-tier telecommunications manufacturer. This includes leading the implementation of in-house SMT in our new state-of-the-art facility and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You'll work closely with the CEO and oversee our operations in both the U.S. and U.K., ensuring we remain agile, efficient, and aligned across locations. This is your opportunity to lead with vision, optimize processes, and empower teams, all while making a lasting impact. Location and Reporting: This position is based in sunny St. George, Utah, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll oversee operations in both our Utah and Swavesey, UK facilities, with an exciting project on the horizon: our new 90,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility, set to open in 2025. Your Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage operations teams in the U.S. and U.K., along with our Planning, Sourcing, and Quality teams. You'll have four direct reports and lead a total team of 100 employees. Implement SMT manufacturing across all product categories, boosting flexibility and supply chain responsiveness. Drive cost reduction efforts, improving gross margins and vertical integration. Ensure seamless operations across all global locations by applying lean principles and fostering a unified team culture. Lead the relocation of our St. George facility to the new site in 2025 with minimal disruption. Inspire teams to achieve labor and material savings through strong, motivational leadership. What We're Looking For: A proven track record of success in manufacturing leadership, with 10+ years of experience. A collaborative, results-driven, and approachable leadership style. Strong experience in developing high-performance teams and driving business outcomes. Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams across cultures. A bachelor's or master's degree in business, supply chain, management, or a related field. Willingness to work from St. George, Utah, and travel domestically and internationally as needed (less than 25%). Why You'll Love Working with Us: We offer a competitive salary, profit-sharing bonus every 6 months, generous paid time off, 401k matching, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, employer-paid disability and life insurance, and telemedicine. Our U.S. facility is in Southern Utah, known for its breathtaking red rock landscapes, over 300 days of sunshine, and countless outdoor activities. You'll be close to national parks like Zion and Bryce Canyon, and part of a vibrant, fast-growing community with major events like Ironman and the St. George Marathon. Whether you love hiking, biking, golf, or water sports, you'll find it all here. Ready to Join Us? If this sounds like a great fit for you, apply now with our quick, 3-minute, mobile-friendly application. We're excited to meet you!
