Job Description:
Growth Manager is responsible for thinking, conceptualizing and end to end execution of growth management with the objective of generating higher revenues.

Job Responsibilities:

Participate in retrospectives to identify improvement opportunities
Application of data analytics to design strategy campaigns that drive commercial benefit and adoption of acquiring products and services
To be responsible for regular monthly reporting to all stakeholders on the ongoing performance of payments products and services across the various channels and segments
Identifying, developing & optimising growth channels to drive revenues growth.
Analysing marketing data and user feedback
Own, drive, and focus the team on delivery of business and commercial value
Manage the financial plan for the delivery team, providing forecasts
Analyse and report commercial risks and opportunities, and engage stakeholders for communications and decision-making
Identify and develop process enhancements resulting in commercial efficiencies

Job Requirements:

Experience in successful delivery against financial / resource constraints
Experience in successfully growing commercial benefit
Acquiring Experience will be beneficial
Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Financial / Commercial Management or other related field
Experience in data analytics
A total of eight or more years' experience of which at least 5 or more years are in the successful delivery in Growth Management (or equivalent role)
