We are currently searching for German-speaking Travel Sales Consultants based in South Africa to join our Cape Town-based sales team. Why would you want this job? You are German-speaking and are comfortable speaking with our guests based in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.You enjoy communicating with people with diverse backgrounds and personalities. This entails excellent listening skills and the ability to bring travel experiences to life and to build trust.You strive to exceed expectations.You thrive on guest satisfaction, are a problem solver and can think on your feet.You have outstanding mental agility which enables you to connect the dots – the insights you gain about our guests' travel dreams and the experiences possible in multiple travel destinations. 3+ years of sales or client advisory experience.You have previous travel industry, sales or customer service experience with international people.Must have some travel experience in Europe, Asia, Africa, North or South America continent.Demonstrable track record in a b to c sales role, ideally within the travel or luxury goods sectors, have a laser like attention to detail and a drive to succeed.Collaborative working style and genuine passion for excellence in customer care.Diversity and Inclusion: We believe people are happier and perform best when they are able to be their true self, and that diverse teams deliver better results.
