Transport Site Supervisor

We are actively seeking a dedicated Transport - Site Supervisor to join our logistics team. This role combines driving duties with supervisory responsibilities, making it ideal for experienced drivers ready to step into a leadership position.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate daily transportation activities, ensuring efficient delivery schedules and routes.Supervise and support a team of drivers, providing guidance and addressing any issues that arise on-site.Ensure that all transport operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance requirements to management.Maintain accurate records of driver logs, deliveries, and site activities.Resolve on-site operational challenges promptly, while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.Assist with loading, unloading, and transport activities as needed.Qualifications:Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Proven experience in a driving role within logistics or transportation.Previous supervisory experience is a strong advantage.Excellent organizational and leadership skills.Ability to multitask and adapt to changing schedules and priorities.Strong communication skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with transport safety regulations and practices.
