Are You Someone Who Can: Understand key competitors, global trends, sector dynamics and key macro environmental forces to analyse Product/Sector-wide opportunities and challenges. Understand the critical micro-environmental impacts and relationships i.e. client performance trends, financial data, debt profile, gearing, projected cash flows, operations to support differentiated funding solutions e.g. off-shore opportunities, acquisition and empowerment financing. Understand and stay close to the needs, demands, perceptions and lending behaviours of clients to ensure successful deal support/enablement. This includes undertaking research to enable targeted origination planning for potential clients and strategic partners. Support the on-going monitoring of the deal which may include: covenant breaches and late payments. Support solutioning approaches where considerations will include: client requirements, regulations, internal risk frameworks. You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You: Preferably a CA (SA), CFA is advantageous. Experience in a similar role, ECM experience advantageous.
