We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Training Manager to lead our efforts in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.ExperienceThe successful incumbent must possess at least five (5) years' experience working within a training and development environment.Formal QualificationsBachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, or any related field.Valid driving license code 8.Own transport.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement training policies and procedures in alignment with company values and legal requirements.Work collaboratively with department leaders to develop training programs and initiatives that align with the Company's goals and objectives.Provide the necessary guidance and support to employees and management on training and development-related matters, including performance management and employee development.Collaborate with several departments to identify training needs and develop effective training programs.Maintain and implement training records and prepare reports related to training metrics and key performance indicators.Stay informed on the latest training trends, industry best practices, and legal developments to ensure compliance.Legislative RequirementsBasic Conditions of Employment Act.Labour Relations Act.Employment Equity Act.Skills Development Act.Inherent Requirements for the PositionExcellent communication skills.Attention to detail.Planning and organizational skills.Work well under pressure and demonstrate high levels of resilience.Analytical skills.Effective problem-solving skills.Strong negotiation skills.Comprehensive knowledge of Labour Relations Legislation including the BCEA, LRA, SDA, EE, regulations, and best practices.Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.Proficient in Microsoft Office systems (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).Shortlisted candidates will be expected to undergo psychometric testing and background screening.For more information regarding the position, an email may be sent to ******.
