Training Manager

Experience The successful incumbent must possess at least five (5) years experience working within a training and development environment. Formal qualifications Bachelors degree in human resource management, business administration, or any related field. Valid driving license code 8. Own transport. Responsibilities Develop and implement training policies and procedures in alignment with company values and legal requirements. Work collaboratively with department leaders to develop training programs and initiatives that align with the Company's goals and objectives. Provide the necessary guidance and support to employees and management on training and development-related matters, including performance management and employee development. Collaborate with several departments to identify training needs and develop effective training programs. Maintain and implement training records and prepare reports related to training metrics and key performance indicators. Stay informed on the latest training trends, industry best practices, and legal developments to ensure compliance. Legislative Requirements Basic Conditions of Employment Act. Labour Relations Act. Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Proficient in Microsoft Office systems (MS word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
