GC Solar is searching for an innovative Training CoordinatorThey will be responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs.Duties & ResponsibilitiesIdentify training needs within the organisation through consultation with managers, department heads, and employees.Design, develop, and implement training programs and materials based on identified needs, organisational goals, and available resources.Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops and seminars, including arranging venues, booking trainers or facilitators, and managing logistics.Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback surveys, evaluations, and analysis of performance improvements.Develop and manage the training budget, including forecasting expenses, negotiating contracts with external vendors, and optimising resources.Develop or source training content, including presentations, handouts, videos, and interactive activities.Assist with administrative tasks related to training, such as scheduling, communication with participants, and handling inquiries.Conduct individual training sessions (HR Induction training for all new employees).Ensure new employees undertake mandatory training on health and safety practices.Desired Experience & QualificationMinimum 10 years proven work experience as a Training Coordinator, Skills Facilitator or similar role.Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events.Proven ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate).Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.Talent Management and career path experience.Training accreditations and providers.W&R Seta (ATR and WSP) annual submissions, grants, learnerships & internships.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Excellent organising, project planning & time management abilities.
