Head Of Training

Key Responsibilities:Strategic Development & Leadership:Develop and implement a training strategy aligned with company goals.Lead the training team and collaborate with department heads to identify needs.Curriculum Development:Design a multi-tiered curriculum focusing on sales, marketing, operations, and leadership.Ensure content is up-to-date and industry-relevant.Training Delivery:Oversee high-standard training delivery and facilitate sessions for all levels, including senior leadership.Evaluation & Continuous Improvement:Implement methods to assess training effectiveness and refine programs based on feedback and evolving business needs.Stakeholder Management:Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders, such as educational institutions and training providers.Budget & Resource Management:Manage the budget, resources, and procurement of training materials efficiently.Requirements:Education: Bachelors degree (Masters preferred) in Business, Education, HR, or related field.Experience: Senior training role, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in sales, marketing, and leadership development.Skills: Leadership, communication, and decision-making, along with a passion for continuous learning.Working Conditions:Office-based with potential travel, flexible working hours to support business and training needs.
