The primary purpose of this role is to provide technical training that equips individuals with the skills required to maintain, support, or operate specific technologies, products, services, or related applications.
We are seeking a passionate Technical Trainer to educate people in a technological field. The objective is to develop individuals' technical competencies in line with organizational needs, ensuring that training programs are well-aligned with these requirements.
Job ObjectivesDevelop technical training programs based on organizational requirements.Create training schedules and classroom agendas.Design course content in line with training objectives.Prepare training materials (e.g., presentations, worksheets).Deliver training sessions, webinars, and workshops, both in groups and individually.Conduct on-site training as necessary.Maintain records of completed courses, attendance, and any related issues.Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and results.Assist with Volvo compliance audits.Who are you?Do you dream big?
