At least a decade of experience managing workshops is essential to the position.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSQualified Mechanic (Tractor / Diesel) – Red Seal5 + years' experience as Mechanic specialising in Case5-10 years of leadership experience in guiding and mentoring teams.10 years' experience in managing workshops.Strong financial acumen, including budget preparation, forecasting, and deviation management.Open to extensive travel to provide in-person support to all mechanization business units across 12 branches in Limpopo and Free State.Exceptional interpersonal skills, encompassing management, mentoring, conflict resolution, and the development of long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
