Business Segment: Personal & Private BankingLocation: ZA, GP, Roodepoort, Ellis Street 4To ensure that customer interactions, through any channel or medium within the relevant business units, are monitored for adherence to the laid down policies and procedures.To gather all monitored information and compile it into logical reports and provide analysed feedback to relevant stakeholders with the view to provide trends and insight on how to improve quality in their environment and identify learning and development requirements within the respective Insurance business unit.Recommend and oversee the compilation of learning material for targeted training initiatives to improve the team's remediation skills.Qualifications:Completed MatricRE (Regulatory Examination) advantageNQF Level 5 - Higher Certificates and Advanced NationalFAIS Compliant advantageExperience:3 - 4 years experience in risk and compliance or audit function.Experience in operations management; in-depth understanding of the Insurance processes, systems, and products.
