Team Leader In A Civils Department

MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY Requirements Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience with strong leadership and supervisory skills Drivers license, preferably including heavy machinery code 10 or higher Qualification in a related trade such as brick laying, carpentry, plumbing, roofing, painting, electrical, etc. Construction Management or Project Management experience/qualification Experience compiling and controlling project/maintenance costs. Water treatment or industrial operations experience Conversant with MAXIMO, or other CMMS systems Knowledge of Food Safety, Construction Regulations and/or General Safety Regulations Key Performance Areas Respond to Civils work requests/complaints to assess the urgency and priority; and to determine the scope of work required. To manage the collection and disposal of specified waste streams To monitor water usage and report any deviations and exceptions indicating waste or loss. To maintain and improve the parks and gardens of the factory, villages and surrounds through effective contract and contractor management
