Hr Manager

Responsibilities:Handle labour disputes and remedy any issuesDevelop and initiate training and orientation plans for new startersImplement and maintain company policies and all other industry required policies involved in manufacturingRecommend ways to improve employee satisfactionManage risk by being compliant with South African laws such as Employment Equity Act and Labor LawsStay abreast of all labour legislation and evolving needs of the employer and its employeesRun monthly payroll and provident fund / pensionCollect and analyse employee data via internal surveys to measure employer satisfaction and reward employeesRequirements:Previous HR experience in a similar roleMust be well-organised and have excellent time-management skillsMust be a successful negotiator and influencerAbility to analyse information quickly with good problem-solving skillsExcellent communicator and ability to communicate to all levels of managementGood at keeping the peace and managing conflictSolid listening skills and respect for confidential information
