Maintenance Manager (Farm) - Midlands Kzn

Required Technical Competencies & Experience:Implement & manage maintenance strategies across the clients factory.Lead & manage the maintenance teams performance, task load & work quality.Working closely with the Production Manager, ensuring manufacturing KPIs are achieved.Strict stock management of critical spares & managing the control standards of the workshop equipment.Implementation & planning of preventative maintenance schedules.Manage and accountable to annual repairs and maintenance budget.Good understanding of mechanical concepts: Hydraulics, UHT Systems, Pneumatics, Pumps, Boilers, Generators, etc. Behavioral CompetenciesUnquestionable integrity.High energy.Able to work under pressure.Strong project management skills.Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.Strong analytical problem-solving ability.
