Key Purpose To lead a team of building specialists who are responsible to achieve set targets, provide technical expertise on building claims for the process of claim payments within a set turnaround time.
Areas of responsibility may include but are not limited to: Full line management function within scope of roleReporting to MANCO on Ops dashboard and team statsEscalated query handling from various stakeholdersReporting to various stakeholders on team performancePerformance coachingMonthly 1:1's and performance discussionsEducation and Experience Matric3 years' minimum short-term insurance claims building assessing experience1 years' minimum short-term insurance team leader experienceDegree (Advantageous)EMPLOYMENT EQUITY
