What will you do?The role As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll be responsible for bringing positivity to every interaction. Welcoming people in-store, lending a helping hand and delighting customers, every day. It's rewarding and fulfilling. And, with the opportunity to take on different roles across different departments, no two days are ever the same.
You will get the opportunity to work in a variety of different areas of the store, such as:
Delighting our customers on the shop floorMaintaining the presentation and availability of our beautiful productsSupporting our dedicated customer service areasOrganising our product in stock reserves and back of house areasDelivering an incredible online shopping experience for our click and collect and/or home delivery customersWhat are we looking for?Quality people Got a knack for customer service?
