Job Description
Discover your potential as a Call Centre Sales Representative at Auto Pedigree based in Kempton Park. A dynamic leader in the car retail sales industry is looking for an experienced Representative who is professional, friendly, patient, and tolerant to join their resilient, target-driven team.

Position Overview
To identify the needs of customers, match customer needs with our service offering, and drive the business for growth, retention, and scale of new and existing customers through customer satisfaction. These results would be achieved through lead conversion and building relationships with internal and external customers.
Specific Role Responsibilities

Call Handling

Inform clients of the procedures of the company and applicable financial institutions regarding Finance Applications.
Manage customer situations and respond promptly to their needs.
Solicit feedback to improve service.
Respond to requests for service or assistance from the branches.
Build customer interest in the services and products offered by Auto Pedigree.
Follow up on each enquiry and ensure that the client is given efficient time to respond.
Attend to outbound and inbound calls with speed and efficiency.


Problem Solving

Analyze situations properly and develop logical solutions.
Identify and escalate priority issues.
Maintain calmness in difficult situations while upholding the values of the organization.
Resolve problems efficiently and professionally.


Administrative Duties

Update the Lead Management System regarding feedback on leads.
Record all activities on the required reports.
Email correspondence from clients.


Customer Service

Ensure clients are informed of company procedures and applicable financial institutions regarding Finance Applications.
Manage customer situations and respond promptly to their needs.
Build customer interest in the services and products offered by Auto Pedigree and promote brand awareness through marketing opportunities.


Miscellaneous

Participate in sales and team meetings.
Participate in sales training.
Follow department standard operating procedures.
Adhere to the policies and procedures of the company.
Any other duties as assigned.



Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Experience: 2 years relevant experience.
Minimum Qualification: Grade 12/Senior Certificate.
Computer literate with a basic level of competence with Excel and Outlook.
A valid South African ID document.
A valid driver's licence.
The appointed person will be required to work shifts, some weekends, and travel.
