Role Purpose: Guided by the FRG Promises, is responsible for maintaining a high standard of client service in Foreign Exchange Product House.
Are you someone who can: Act as the point of contact for clients seeking help with their Forex mattersDeliver exceptional service that exceeds the clients' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutionsProvide troubleshooting and first contact assistance to clientsBuild sustainable relationships and trust with clients' accounts through open and professional interactive communicationProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/toolsTake the extra mile to engage clientsYou will be an ideal candidate if you: Have a minimum of Grade 12 or relevant tertiary qualificationHave 1 - 2 years' experience in dealing with Forex products in a Client Service environmentHave Financial Services/Banking industry experience (preferred)You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborateA challenging working environmentOpportunities to innovateWe can be a match if you are: Able to work under pressureGreat communicator (written and verbal)Attentive to detailClient-centricApply now if you are interested in taking the next step.
