Main Purpose:To provide business units with a specialised talent resourcing service, which is aligned to the business unit operating plan. To enable the business to reach its overall objective.Key Responsibilities:Attract and source diverse profiles of talent to acquire the right person in the right role at the right time.Effective screening, shortlisting, and conducting candidate interviews with hiring managers for internal and external recruitment.Targeted talent attraction, sourcing, talent pipeline, and selection channels to diversify the mix of niche/scare skills and capabilities to enable the achievement of business objectives.Align to the principles of transformation, equity, and belonging to increase the visibility and access of opportunities.Use different recruiting methodologies and partner with the Hiring Managers and Business partners to prioritize the most effective solution.Own and actively manage job postings, current position updates, and stakeholder communication regarding open vacancies and candidate status.Weekly internal updating, tracking, and reporting data inputs on vacancies.Use recruiting data to influence stakeholders in line with business strategic objectives.Ensure end-to-end recruitment steps are followed to promote compliance with all relevant legislation requirements such as EE Act.Build and maintain stakeholder relationships.Systematically measure and monitor metrics for own vacancies such as time to fill, time to hire, candidate and stakeholder experience.Engage with External Recruitment Agencies and Related Processes.Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition initiatives/programs.
