Job DescriptionRed Ember Recruitment is seeking to hire an experienced Supporting CFO based in Muizenberg.Key ResponsibilitiesCompliance with quality management: College Risk Management Strategy operationalized in overseen and ensures the Finance department is compliant with ISO 9001:2015.Ensure college finances and financial reporting are completed in a timely and correct manner with all legislative and AG requirements.Meet all reporting deadlines accurately and timorously, including: Monthly signed-off accounts produced internally and externally, monthly recons regularly reviewed and signed off.Establish and monitor supply chain management and processes.Submit budgets as mandated.Manage College Financial aid in compliance with NSFAS guidelines.RequirementsA recognized undergraduate qualification/Bachelor's degree/Advanced National Diploma (NQF level 7) in Bachelor of Commerce Accounting or Financial Management or equivalent qualification.At least 5 to 10 years of work experience in an overall financial management and reporting role.Minimum of 5 years' proven experience at middle/senior management level.A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
