Minimum Requirements Supply Chain Management or Quantity Surveying Degree or a 10 years experience Familiar with bid processes on various levels At least 9 years experience in Build Environment Professional Service Provider Bid submissions Previous experience working at a Consulting Engineer firm Understanding: GCC, FIDIC, NEC, JBCC contracts Excellent command of English Thorough understanding of Construction Quality Assurance and Control, Industry Standards, Construction Administration and Progress measurement. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and submit bids, requests for proposals, requests for quotations, and expressions of interest for professional service providers, adhering to procurement guidelines. Oversee the bid database and manage panel appointments, including: Issuing validity notices Responding to bid inquiries Tracking closed bids Identifying relevant bids When applying, ensure your CV is in WORD of PDF format, and not scanned .
