Job DescriptionLoading subcontractor loads into the system.Communicating with subcontractors (drivers, controllers, managers) to follow up on outstanding documentation.Receiving and sorting delivery documents on a daily basis.Making photocopies and organizing client and subcontractor documentation.Document Management: Maintaining the archive on a monthly basis.Performing general administrative tasks as needed, including relief work at reception.QualificationsComputer literacy (especially in Excel)Willingness to learn and adapt quicklyValid driver's license with reliable transportation.
