The incumbent will provide organisational and administrative support to a retired surgeon who is a visionary with various entrepreneurial projects (related to amongst other the medical industry).

This full-time position will be office based (with travelling to meetings).The incumbent will be responsible for the following:Taking notes or dictation at meetings and provide general assistance during presentationsScreening phone calls, emails, inquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriateOrganising and maintaining the employer's diary and making appointmentsOrganising and attending meetings and ensuring the employer is well-prepared for meetingsMaking travel arrangementsDevising and maintaining office systems (e.g.
