Key Responsibilities: Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expense reports. Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation for review. Oversee stock levels, manage inventory, and order supplies as needed. Coordinate with finance and procurement teams to ensure accurate record-keeping. Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting. Provide administrative support to lodge management and other departments as required. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. Requirements: Proven experience as an administrative assistant, with a focus on finance and stock management. Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and inventory control. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in the hospitality or luxury sector
