Office AdministratorSkeerpoort – North WestWorking hours from 07:00 to 16:00 Monday to FridayWe are looking for a responsible Administrator to organize our company's day-to-day operations.
Your job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate all daily administrative activities.Key Responsibilities:?Redirecting phone calls?Taking messages?Book meetings and schedule events?Taking notes at meetings?Diary management?Making travel arrangements?Ordering office supplies ?Ordering consumables for office equipment ?Managing meeting rooms for office operations?Data entry?Organising internal and external events?Maintain a filing system for data ?Distribute incoming and outgoing mail?Prepare regular reports and presentations?Organize, store and print company documents as needed?Make travel arrangements?Handle queries from managers and employees?Strong written and oral communication skills?Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail?The Administrator should be highly organized and able to multitask with ease.Requirements:?Matric Certificate (Grade 12).?Minimum of 10+ years' experience in similar role.?Knowledge on accounting programs such as Sage accounting, QuickBooks or Xero?A qualification as an Office Administrator or Secretary are a plus. ?Excel and MS Office (Microsoft Office) experience??Bilingual in Afrikaans and English speaking a must?
